Real Estate Construction & Fabrication Co. (RECAFCO) is a Kuwaiti Share Holding Company (Closed) incorporated in 1976. It undertakes mega Projects of Civil Engineering construction on Turnkey basis and has the ability and reputation to complete the projects on or before the scheduled time. We are registered as Class I Contractors with Central Tender Committee of Kuwait.

RECAFCO is in a position to undertake complex high value and high technology Civil Engineering Projects having executed a wide range of projects covering Townships, Large Institutional Buildings, Multi-storey Car Parks, Commercial Complexes, Shopping Centers, School Buildings - among others.

Townships

RECAFCO completed and handed over successfully within the contractual time period the following Township Projects:

A) RECAFCO completed Township with 460 Villas and other Public Buildings including Schools, Mosque, complete Infrastructure and Road works at Saad al Abdulla Area for Public Authority for Housing Care (PAHC)
B) Completed Township with 256 Villas with Services Centers, Mosque Building, complete Infrastructure and Road work in Umm-Al-Haiman Area for Public Authority for Housing Care (PAHC)
C) Similar Township with more than 250 Houses with Infrastructure was completed for Iraq National Oil Company in North Rumaila in Iraq.

Institutional Buildings

Many large Institutional Public Buildings were constructed by RECAFCO. A few of these are as under:

A) Special Training Center Project including multi-storey Car Park Building at Shuwaikh for Public Authority for Applied Education & Training (PAAET)
B) Prestigious award winning Project for Construction of Central Library Building in Shuwaikh Campus for Kuwait University.
C) Construction of Operation Center and Civil Defence School for Ministry of Interior.
D) Building for College of Health Science and Industrial Training Institute with Car Park were the prestigious Projects for Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET).
E) Headquarters Building for Kuwait Oil Tanker Co. at Shuwaikh.
